If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us hassle free using the returns process.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession for our Refunds and Return Policy to remain valid. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged and it is at the discrepancy of Moddanio to decline a return / exchange if the item is deemed to have been used, worn or tampered with.

Please note that shoes specifically must be returned without marked soles and in their original box (as this is considered part of the product) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Moddanio reserves the right to decline and return the shoes to the customer if they are deemed to have been used or without their box.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Moddanio is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All non-used merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. The full amount that was paid for the product will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges. However, in the event that free shipping was applicable for the original purchase, we will automatically deduct our cost of shipping from the order value.

Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the purchaser including covering the associated costs of the return shipment to Moddanio. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or any other secure method of delivery from a reputable courier as we will not be held responsible for items not securely reaching us. We will confirm by email when a return has been received and when the refund has been processed.

Returns regarding promotional codes /online sales

Refunds are not available to purchases made with a promotion code, or during an online sale. You may however, exchange for a different size, colour or style provided the item(s) is unused. If the particular size, colour or style is out of stock, you are able to exchange for an item of equal value. All non-used merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.


Please note that we no longer offer exchanges for alternative items, colours or sizes. An exchange would need to be placed as a new order online. This involves placing a new order for the correct item where we will take payment again. Once we receive your original item(s) you will be refunded in line with the policies stated.

Faulty Goods

All of our items are quality checked and monitored rigorously throughout the manufacturing process and prior to being dispatched. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty upon receipt, we will provide a replacement as long as the item is reported faulty within 7 days of delivery and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please be aware that cork is a natural material and a level of marking is to be expected. We consider this part of the item's character and a very important aspect of each of Moddanio's products individuality.

In the event that a product is purchased from Moddanio and is found to have a manufacturing fault but has not been used in the first six months from the date of purchase, Moddanio reserves the right to either repair, replace or refund.

Shipping charges on all returns/ refunds and exchanges are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Cancelling an order before it is dispatched

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us via e-mail and we will be in touch with you.


All returns will be refunded to the original credit card/ debit card or relevant payment account that was used for your purchase. Please allow 5 working days for us to process the credit to your account. Once the credit is processed it can take between 1-14 days for it to reflect on your statement.
