All our products are manufactured to a very high standard and undergo rigorous testing. Our 3-month Warranty Policy underpins our confidence in the quality of our products and covers possible manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. Please note that removable items such as charms, luggage tags, and dog tags. key rings and shoe laces are not included in the warranty.

The warranty conditions are as follows:

• The warranty covers the replacement value of the product.
• The warranty does not cover zips or any normal wear and tear. 
• The warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, misuse or carelessness.
• The client must keep the original receipt as proof of purchase for the warranty to be effective.
• Any manipulation or attempt to fix the product by either the customer or a third party annuls the warranty.
• Moddanio will inspect the product once returned and confirm if the product will be repaired or replaced for a new item, this can take up to 4 weeks.
• Moddanio reserves the right to refuse the return of merchandise which is not in accordance with our warranty and returns policy. Please note that any concerns regarding manufacturing defects would need to be brought to our attention via email, following this you will receive instructions on how to proceed further but also a unique reference code. Under no circumstances will any items be accepted without this process being followed.
• All our merchandise is inspected and quality checked before being shipped to our customers. Please note that items are made from a natural material and therefore will always have certain variations in colour and texture.
• Please note our warranty policy does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence or accidents. Some other examples of what is not covered are discolouration or dampness from storage and exposure, damage from pets, damage from adhesives, chemical exposure, improper care, lost and stolen items, scratches, stains, colour transfers and spots from normal use.
• If the item is approved under the warranty policy and is eligible for repairs please allow approximately 4 weeks from this date.

Moddanio does not offer cleaning, dyeing or refurbishing services.
