Delivery Policy | Moddanio
All orders placed Monday-Thursday will be processed and shipped the following working day. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday unless it’s a bank holiday.
Orders will be processed (pending credit/debit card approval) and then dispatched via CTT or alternative couriers for delivery. Moddanio is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and/or conditions beyond our control.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Moddanio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you including any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Moddanio. This amount will be deducted from your total order value.
